Welcome, you have reached the Geijutsuka-club.

This club was made to show that there is more to Japanese art that meets the eye. Sure they have anime/manga something we all love. But their's so much more from anime - to ink painting. Haku poems- to beautiful Japanese landscapes. We made this club since there are so many people that just praise anime/manga and not enough of everything else Japan has given us.

What does Geijutsuka mean?

Geijutsuka means "artist" in Japanese

Since this is to praise other kind of Japanese art does that mean I can't put anime/manga in it?

No that doesn't mean you can't. Anime/manga is love by all and us.

How do I join?

Just send a note to the club titled "Join?" then wait until you get a okay back.

Then you'll be added to the club member's list. We ask you to just put our icon in your journal to help the club get more members.

Add the icon :icon geijutsuka-club: close the space in though

Well what about my art?

Again just send us a note titled "Submit art" and just the link and title in it.

Why hasn't my art work been put in the gallery yet?

Well I'm speaking for myself (Jawbreaker-chibi) I'm only on the computer 3 times a week. But (Raven of the night) is on almost everyday so if I don't put it up she will :^^: Plus we're in our last year of high school so we're kinda busy.
